About me

Hi, I'm Jan, I'm a genealogist, writing several genealogy sites, I also do computer IT for several small businesses and am the mother of an active 14 year old named Elin. Most of our activities are documented on Elin's website.

Step on in to my hobbies and entertainments... You will find links here that cover Genealogy, cemeteries, newspapers, soccer & family. Many of the links under Genealogy and Family go to web pages I write. This is something I do for fun and entertainment.

Elin's Home Page

The lovely Miss E has had her own web page since age 6 months. She has been my favorite target to write about in the last 14 years. As she has gotten older, she has had more input into what goes into her own site. We use to do a good job of updating it annually, but its been a couple years since we have sat down and added to it.

Genealogy

The almost passion. I enjoy helping people research their local genealogy. I also enjoy researching my own. As the family historian, I've been collecting pictures and memorabilia of my ancestry from the living when they are willing to give it up.
