Ochoco Computer Services will not knowingly install software in violation of the legal copyright holder licenses and agreements.
Ochoco Computer Services recomends contact of the copyright holder with any questions about the right to install and use licensed software.
Software using the Gnu GPL (General Public License) http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/license-list.html will be supported in all aspects by Ochoco Computer Services. Questions concerning the GPL will be answered to the best of our ability.
Ochoco Computer Services recommends that all organizations adopt policies and procedures for licensing software. Attached are sample policies provided by SIIA for adoption and use by organizations.
The undersigned hereby certifies that they are a legal representative of
the below mentioned organization and have read and understand the above
policy. The undersigned attests that all software requested to be
installed and supported by Ochoco Computer Services is not and will not be
done in violation of the software copyright holders license, and hereby
accepts all legal responsibility for all software installed by Ochoco
Computer Services in this organizaiton.
